And so it begins.

7 January. Anno Domini 2009. The world shall never be the same. As billions of future fans world wide eat, sleep, work, and fret over who the cutest celebrity baby is (it's Knox Leon Jolie-Pitt by the way, hands down) Robert M. Shaeffer types his first words in his first blog. It is 1:47 AM Eastern Standard Time. And so it begins.

    yes, it's true, I once fielded ground balls and ran 100 yard dashes in 25 seconds flat in front of awe-struck Reading Phillies scouts...somehow I didn't quite make the cut...
